Welcome to MeetIQ.

These Terms of Service ("Terms") govern your access to and use of the MeetIQ website, applications, APIs, and related services (collectively, the "Services"). By creating an account or using MeetIQ, you agree to these Terms.

If you do not agree to these Terms, you may not use the Services.

1. About MeetIQ

MeetIQ is an online appointment scheduling and meeting management platform that enables individuals and businesses to create booking pages, manage availability, connect calendars, schedule meetings, and automate appointment workflows.

Throughout these Terms:

  • "MeetIQ", "we", "our", and "us" refer to MeetIQ.

  • "You" refers to the individual or organization using the Services.

You must be at least 18 years old or have legal authority to enter into these Terms.

2. Your Account

To use certain features, you must create an account.

You agree to:

  • provide accurate and complete information;

  • keep your account information current;

  • maintain the confidentiality of your password;

  • be responsible for all activity under your account;

  • notify us immediately if you believe your account has been compromised.

You are responsible for anyone using your account.

You agree to use MeetIQ only for lawful purposes.

You may not:

  • impersonate another individual or organization;

  • attempt unauthorized access to MeetIQ systems;

  • interfere with platform security;

  • distribute malware or harmful software;

  • scrape or harvest data without permission;

  • send spam or fraudulent booking invitations;

  • use the Services for illegal or deceptive activities;

  • reverse engineer the platform except where permitted by law.

We may suspend or terminate accounts that violate these Terms.

4. Subscription Plans

MeetIQ offers free trials and paid subscription plans.

Subscription features may include:

  • online booking pages;

  • appointment scheduling;

  • calendar integrations;

  • availability management;

  • email notifications;

  • meeting automation;

  • additional premium features.

Pricing is displayed on our Pricing page and may change in the future.

Changes to pricing will not affect your current billing period.

5. Free Trial

Where offered, free trials are available for a limited period.

At the end of the trial:

  • your subscription may automatically convert to a paid plan unless cancelled before renewal; or

  • access may be limited until payment is received.

Trial terms may vary by promotion.

6. Billing

Subscriptions are billed in advance on a recurring basis.

By subscribing you authorize MeetIQ to charge your selected payment method.

You are responsible for:

  • applicable taxes;

  • maintaining valid payment information;

  • any bank or payment processing fees.

Failure to make payment may result in suspension or cancellation of your account.

7. Cancellation

You may cancel your subscription at any time.

Cancellation prevents future renewals but does not normally result in refunds for the current billing period unless required by applicable law.

You will continue to have access until the end of your paid subscription period.

8. Refunds

Unless otherwise stated, subscription payments are non-refundable.

Nothing in these Terms limits any mandatory consumer rights available under applicable law.

9. Third-Party Services

MeetIQ integrates with third-party services including calendar providers, video conferencing platforms, email providers, payment processors, and automation services.

Examples include:

  • Google Calendar

  • Google Meet

  • Zoom

Your use of these services is governed by their own terms and privacy policies.

MeetIQ is not responsible for outages, changes, or limitations imposed by third-party providers.

10. User Content

You retain ownership of information you upload to MeetIQ, including:

  • appointment information;

  • booking pages;

  • meeting descriptions;

  • customer information;

  • uploaded files.

You grant MeetIQ a limited licence to process, store, display, and transmit your content solely for the purpose of providing the Services.

11. Customer Data

You are responsible for ensuring that you have the legal right to collect and process any personal information entered into MeetIQ.

Where required by law, you are responsible for obtaining consent from your customers before collecting their information.

12. Availability

We strive to maintain reliable service but cannot guarantee uninterrupted availability.

MeetIQ may experience:

  • maintenance;

  • software updates;

  • infrastructure failures;

  • third-party outages;

  • internet disruptions.

We may modify, suspend, or discontinue features without prior notice where reasonably necessary.

13. Intellectual Property

MeetIQ and its associated software, branding, logos, documentation, interfaces, and original content remain the property of MeetIQ or its licensors.

These Terms do not grant ownership of any intellectual property.

You may not copy, distribute, modify, or create derivative works except as permitted by law.

14. APIs

If MeetIQ provides APIs or developer tools:

  • you must comply with any published documentation;

  • you may not abuse rate limits;

  • you may not compromise platform security;

  • MeetIQ may suspend API access for misuse.

15. Feedback

Any suggestions, ideas, or feedback you provide may be used by MeetIQ without restriction or compensation.

16. Privacy

Our collection and use of personal information is governed by our Privacy Policy.

By using MeetIQ you acknowledge that your information will be processed in accordance with that policy.

17. Data Protection

Where applicable, MeetIQ implements reasonable administrative, technical, and organizational safeguards designed to protect customer data.

No internet service can guarantee absolute security.

18. Disclaimers

MeetIQ is provided on an "as is" and "as available" basis.

To the fullest extent permitted by law, MeetIQ disclaims all warranties, including implied warranties of:

  • merchantability;

  • fitness for a particular purpose;

  • non-infringement;

  • uninterrupted availability.

We do not guarantee that:

  • the Services will always be error free;

  • appointments will never fail to send;

  • integrations will always function;

  • third-party providers will remain available.

19. Limitation of Liability

To the maximum extent permitted by law, MeetIQ shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages, including:

  • loss of revenue;

  • loss of profits;

  • loss of business;

  • loss of goodwill;

  • loss of data.

Our total liability arising out of these Terms shall not exceed the amount paid by you to MeetIQ during the twelve (12) months preceding the claim.

Some jurisdictions do not permit certain liability limitations, so portions of this section may not apply.

20. Indemnification

You agree to indemnify and hold MeetIQ harmless from claims arising from:

  • your use of the Services;

  • your violation of these Terms;

  • your infringement of third-party rights;

  • unlawful use of customer information.

21. Suspension and Termination

We may suspend or terminate your account if:

  • you violate these Terms;

  • payment fails;

  • fraudulent activity is detected;

  • continued access presents a security risk;

  • required by law.

You may stop using MeetIQ at any time.

22. Export Controls

You agree not to use the Services in violation of applicable export control or sanctions laws.

23. Changes to the Services

MeetIQ continually improves the platform.

We may introduce, modify, or remove features without liability where reasonably necessary.

24. Changes to These Terms

We may update these Terms from time to time.

Material updates will be published on this page with a revised effective date.

Continued use of MeetIQ after changes become effective constitutes acceptance of the updated Terms.

25. Governing Law

These Terms shall be governed by and interpreted in accordance with the laws of the jurisdiction in which MeetIQ operates, without regard to conflict of law principles, unless otherwise required by applicable law.

26. Severability

If any provision of these Terms is found to be unenforceable, the remaining provisions shall remain in full force and effect.

27. Entire Agreement

These Terms, together with our Privacy Policy and any additional policies referenced herein, constitute the entire agreement between you and MeetIQ regarding the Services.

This version is written to match a modern SaaS platform and should work well for MeetIQ's documentation library. As your legal pages grow, I also recommend creating matching Privacy Policy, Cookie Policy, Data Processing Agreement (DPA), Acceptable Use Policy, and Service Level Agreement (SLA) so the legal documentation remains consistent across the platform.
